Clean Up Drive at Coral Beach Resort-Sharjah

Motivational training and team building can take many forms. Some companies build their bridges and teams on golf courses or off roads, and others on rivers and rafts. Coral Beach Resorts – Sharjah, however, is doing so by re-affirming its commitment to corporate social responsibility and support for environmental causes.

Sustainability and green issues are now very much mainstream, with governments, businesses and individuals all involved. Tourism, as one of the main economic drivers in the UAE, has its part to play. As a result, the Hotel’s management launched this innovative team building formula. On a monthly basis, a number of associates of different positions and departments devote four hours to cleaning up the hotel and its surroundings. The latest
clean up activity led the team on the beach and all the surrounding of the hotels and gathered 170kg of debris and litter.
