The Grand Millennium hotel in Dubai has introduced a Curry Night on Thursdays, taking place in its Atrium restaurant between seven and 11.30pm every week.
The specialty buffet night serves up an array of curries from around India, offering a range of meat, fish, shellfish and vegetarian options from every region that highlights the diversity of the national cuisine. In addition to the palette of flavours that runs through from sweet-sour to the hot, hot, hot, there is a tempting display of extras including salads, chutneys and pickles, dahls, roti, naan, raita and more – as well as a contrasting menu of sweet desserts. |
