His move to Dubai came with the opportunity to become executive head chef at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi, where he supervised the opening of Bussola, later relaunching the restaurant when it came under the auspices of the new Westin hotel.
A multi-linguist with knowledge of four languages, Corrado is a keen athlete in his spare time and claims a passion both for food and for interior design, marrying Italian flair with international influences. According to Hermann Feigl, Director of Food & Beverage at the Grand Millennium Dubai, the arrival of Corrado will launch a new chapter in the cuisine available at the Sheikh Zayed Road property. “Having won many awards for his work and with a fine appreciation of the requirement for the very best ingredients, we can expect cookery at the highest levels, and a few surprises,” he said. “With signature dishes in the past including octopus panzanella, burrata and watermelon and miso codfish martini, Corrado will be ringing the changes on the menu at the Grand Millennium Dubai.” For more information about the hotel please visit www.grandmillenniumdubai.com |
