Holiday Inn Dubai – Al Barsha, hosted today a special evening for selected guests to announce the launch of Seafood Night every Wednesday at The Gem Garden. Mr Reda Moukhtar, General Manager of the hotel, said, “The Gem Garden is an intimate and elegant restaurant. Diners at the restaurant will be able to enjoy this season a marvelous selection of seafood for an incredible price of AED 145 per person. It is a sensational promotion that is sure to tickle the taste buds. The main attraction of the offer is that fish of your choice will be served grilled to perfection.”

		A feast of the finest fish awaited the attendees on the opening night, who marveled at the skill of the restaurant’s culinary team and their mastery of tastes. Every dish seemed to be a compelling symphony of seductive flavors – from a firework of starters to mouthwatering main course. Service was as smooth as the superb setting.

The Gem Garden is an all-day-dining, one of a kind restaurant. Its minimalist Zen style setting is ideal to enjoy a family meal or a business lunch.
